Research on the Running of the Country by People with Inner Mechanisms of Institutional Guarantees in New Era

我国发展的历史实践证明,制度是人民当家作主地位和权利的根本保障。制度保障权利的机理中包括了制度自身的优越特性、实施功能和创新机制:中国特色社会主义制度具有科学性、实践性和体系性,以及由此生成的规范功能贯穿于国家发展、社会治理和个体存在三个层面之中。随着我国进入新时代,社会主要矛盾和人民的需求都有了新的变化,因此制度体系应该进行创新和完善,以适应人民新需求、推动政治新文明、加快国家现代化新步伐。

The historical practice of our country＇s development proves that the institution is the fundamental guarantee for the running of the country by people. The inner mechanisms of mechanism of institution including the superiority, practicality and innovation of institution itself. Institution runs through three levels of national development, social governance and individual existence. As our country enters a new era, there have been new changes in the major social conflicts and the needs of the people. Chinese institutional system should be innovative and more perfect. The institution should adapts to the new needs of the people,promotes a new civilization of politics and accelerates the new step of national modernization.
