协商民主是我国社会主义民主政治的特有形式和独特优势,是党的群众路线在政治领域的重要体现。协商民主与国家治理之间存在高度的契合,即协商民主的理治性契合国家治理的有序化要求,协商民主的善治性契合国家治理的公平化要求,协商民主的法治性契合国家治理的制度化要求。同时,协商民主与国家治理在实践中互动建构,即积极推进协商民主制度化能够为国家治理现代化提供有效的承接载体,而积极推进国家治理现代化能够为协商民主制度化提供有力支撑和保障。

Consultative democracy is the special form and advantage of our socialist democratic politics,and important demonstration of the mass route of the party. There exists high degree consistence between consultative democracy and national governance in general,and consistence between rationality and requirement of order, between good governance and requirement of equity, and between rule by law and requirement of institution. Meanwhile, consultative democracy and national governance interact positively,that is,actively accelerating the institutionalization of consultative democracy can provide effective platform for the modernization of national governance, and actively accelerating the modernization of national governance can provide strong support and guarantee for the institutionalization of consultative democracy.
