摘要
对90后大学生思想性格特点和行为特征进行分析,认为90后大学生对高校辅导员的人格魅力提出了新要求,且辅导员人格魅力提升对90后大学生有重大影响,进而提出高校辅导员提升自身人格魅力的方法。
This paper analyzes the psychological and behavior characteristics of post-1990 college students. It considers post-1990 college students raise new requirements for personality charm of college counselors. It proves that the improvement of couselors＇ personality charm has significant impacts on post-1990 students. It puts forward the methods of improving college counselors＇ own personality charm.
