城镇化背景下福建省农村快递的布局与发展——以平和县为例

The Layout and Development of Fujian Rural Express Delivery in the Context of Urbanization——Taking Pinghe County as an Example

分析福建省快递需求、农村快递发展模式以及农村快递布局与发展存在的问题,引入集合覆盖模型对县域农村快递配送中心进行选址。以漳州市平和县为例,依据集合覆盖模型对平和县快递网络配送中心选址,在此基础上,提出了构建县乡村三级服务网络、尊重市场差异化、和本土乡镇商超合作以及吸纳农村便利店完善网络布局的农村快递布局与发展建议。

This paper analyzes the demand of express delivery, the developing model of rural express delivery and the problems existing in the layout and development of rural express delivery in Fujian Province. It introduces the set covering model to locate the center of rural express delivery. Pinghe County of zhangzhou City is selected as an example to address the distribution center of express network in Pinghe based on the set covering model. On the basis of this, it puts forward to building the service network which constructs of county, town and rural areas, respecting the market differentiation, cooperating with the local township and absorbing the rural convenience stores and so forth.
