应用型高校财务管理专业模块化教学改革探索——借鉴德国应用技术大学经验

Modular Teaching Reform of Financial Management Major in Applied Colleges and Universities—— Based on the Experience of Universities of Applied Sciences in Germany

重点分析应用型高校财务管理人才培养中存在的主要问题,提出借鉴德国应用技术类大学经验进行模块化教学改革方案。以莆田学院财务管理专业为例,在简要梳理模块化教学体系的内涵和构建思路基础上,深入探讨,提出了构建模块化教学体系的可行方案,提升应用型人才培养质量。

This paper analyzes the major problems in the training of financial management talents in applied colleges and universities. It proposes modular teaching reform based on the experience of universities of applied sciences in Germany. The connotation and ideas design of modular teaching are reviewed. A modular teaching scheme for the financial management major in Putian University is proposed to enhance the training quality of applied talents.
