Idea is a historical and subjective ideology,connected with practice,based on the consciousness of historical subject connected with practice and practical wisdom based on the virtue of reason. The concept of running a university is the Tao of managing university and education based on the self understanding of the university. The concept of education of North Minzu University is formed in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It reflects not only the essential requirements of socialist universities,but also the mission and characteristics of university,and the core of which is to run people＇s satisfactory universities.
