中国服务贸易出口成本及出口效率测算分析

Measurement on Export Costs and Export Efficiency of China Trade in Service

面对中国经济新常态,大力发展服务贸易已成为我国对外经济贸易全面深化改革的重点任务之一。通过测算中国与40个贸易伙伴国别层面的服务贸易成本以及服务贸易出口效率,可以发现:在整体层面上,我国服务贸易成本呈现明显下降的动态演变趋势,年均关税等价值为108.60%;在国别层面上,我国同各贸易伙伴间的成本具有显著的差异性,其中,与世界其余地区的服务贸易成本最小,与墨西哥的服务贸易成本最大;在出口效率上,我国与各贸易伙伴的服务贸易出口效率均值为39.395%,其中出口效率最高与最低的贸易伙伴分别是荷兰与墨西哥。

The vigorous development of trade in service has become one of key tasks for deepening the reform on China＇s foreign economy and trade in an all-round way against the new normal of China＇s economy. It is found that,on the whole,the cost of China trade in service shows a significant downward trend by measuring the cost of China trade in service and 40 trade partners as well as the export efficiency of trade in service. The average annual tariff is 108. 60 %; China has significantly different cost with its trade partners. The cost of trade in service with the rest of the world is the lowest,while the cost of trade in service with Mexico is the largest. In terms of export efficiency,the average export efficiency of China and its partners on trade in service is 39. 395%. Among them,the trade partners with the highest export efficiency and the lowest export efficiency are Netherlands and Mexico respectively.
