摘要
脐带缆是水下生产控制系统的重要组成部分,线型设计是脐带缆整体分析的关键问题之一。采用有限元软件ABAQUS分别建立悬链线型与缓波型脐带缆的有限元模型,对比分析了2种线型张力与曲率的分布规律。以单位长度浮力、浮力块位置、浮力块长度为因子,结合正交试验研究深水脐带缆浮力块配置方案,为脐带缆的线型设计提供参考。
Umbilical is an important component of subsea production control system.One of the key issues of umbilical integral analysis is umbilical configuration design.Finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the finite element model of umbilical with catenary and lazy-wave configuration,and the comparison of the tension and curvature of between these two configurations is done.Combining orthogonal test,the research of buoyancy module configuration of deepwater umbilical is carried out by using the buoyancy per unit length,the position and length of buoyancy module as factor.This work will provide reference to umbilical configuration design.
