摘要
钻台设备布局的合理性决定了钻井平台的作业质量、效率和安全性。为实现钻台布局的量化表征和决策,在犹豫模糊语言和直觉模糊语言的基础上提出了双犹豫模糊语言决策方法,给出了权重未知情况下的钻台布局多属性决策方案。综合考虑钻台布局的技术性、经济性和可靠性,通过计算钻台各设备的属性权重,得到了各布局方案的量化评价指标,最终确定了平台的最优布局方案。
The reasonability of the equipment layout on the drill floor has a significant impact on the efficiency,quality and security of jack-up drilling platform.In order to realize the quantitative representation and decision-making of the equipment layout on the drill floor,based on hesitating fuzzy language and intuitionistic fuzzy language,this article proposes a double hesitation fuzzy language decision algorithm and provides the process of an approach to multiple attribute decision making when the weight is unknown.Considering technical factors,economic factors and reliability factors,the priority relation of each scheme is determined by calculating the weight of each attribute.At the end of the article,the optimal configuration for the equipment layout on the drill floor is given.
