摘要
采用脉冲电弧控制方法解决了T型接头CO2单面焊打底层中容易出现焊缝背面成形不良及侧边易出现未熔合等问题,并采用正交实验进行工艺方案设计,通过极差法和方差法对焊接结果进行分析.结果表明:脉冲焊接峰值电流对焊缝侧边熔合量影响最大,通过优化后的焊接参数能够很好地解决侧边熔合不良的问题,获得T型接头CO2单面焊双面自由成形最优焊接工艺.并最终配合焊接小车实现自动化焊接.
The problem of bad back formation and side incomplete penetration at T-joint CO_2 single side backing welding was solved by the way of controlling pulsed arc. The welding experiment was designed by orthogonal design method and the results were analyzed through the range method and variance method. It was found that weld side fusion weight is affected most seriously by pulsed welding peak current,and the best welding process of Tjoint CO_2 single side welding and double side free forming can be obtained by optimizing welding parameters. Also,automatic welding can be achieved through matching welding travel mechanism.
