肱骨干骨折经皮微创钢板固定与带锁髓内针固定术的疗效

The Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Fixation and Locking Intramedullary Nailing in the Treatment of Humeral Shaft Fracture

目的观察分析带锁髓内针固定术和经皮微创钢板固定两种治疗手段对肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法方便选取66例在该院2015年6月—2016年3月接受手术的成人肱骨干骨折患者,按照抽签方式将其均分为两组,第1组33例患者,为对照组,采用经皮微创钢板固定方法进行治疗;第2组33例患者,为观察组,采用带锁髓内针固定术方法进行治疗。对比2组的手术时间、康复时间、术中出血量和肩关节功能评分,统计2组手术总有效率,分析并得出结论。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、康复时间、肩关节功能评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.97%,对照组为90.90%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带锁髓内针固定术有效地缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,加快康复速度和获得较高的肩关节功能评分,带锁髓内针固定术效果更佳,有临床推广价值。

Objective This paper tries to observe and analyze the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail fixation and minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.Methods 66 cases underwent humeral shaft fracture surgery in this hospital from June 2015 to March 2016 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the draw,the first group of 33 patients,as the control group,using minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation treatment; 33 patients in second group,as the observation group,treated with locking intramedullary nail fixation method.The operation time,recovery time,bleeding volume and shoulder joint function score,the total efficiency of the two groups were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,the amount of bleeding during operation,recovery time,shoulder joint function score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.97%,the control group was 90.90%,and that of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail fixation can shorten operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,speed up the recovery and get a higher score of shoulder joint,and the interlocking intramedullary nail fixation has better effect,which is of clinical promotion value.
