摘要
目的探究采用切开复位法治疗患者踝关节骨折的治疗效果。方法方便选取2014年1月—2016年12月进入该院治疗的确诊为踝关节骨折患者共106例,将患者随机分为两组,对照组患者采取常规治疗方法,观察组患者采用切开复位内固定方法治疗,两组患者在治疗后6个月进行随访,详细记录患者治疗结果;观察患者踝关节功能恢复情况,主要包括疼痛、走路、跑步、工作等能力,此外观察患者并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者总优良率为92.45%,对照组患者的总优良率为69.81%,两组患者之间总优良率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组稳定性、走路能力、跑步能力、工作能力、活动范围、放射学等各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为3.77%,显著低于对照组的15.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用切开复位内固定术治疗患者踝关节骨折患者治疗效果显著,踝关节功能基本恢复正常,能够进行自主运动,因此该方法具有一定应用价值,值得在临床上推广。
Objective This paper tries to explore the treatment of ankle fracture in patients with open reduction method.Methods A total of 106 patients with ankle fractures in this hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected in this study and were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation methods.Two groups of patients were followed up for six months after treatment.The treatment results of patients were recorded in detail; ankle function recovery condition of patients was observed,including pain,walking,running,work and other capacity,in addition to the occurrence of complications in patients were observed.Results The total excellent and good rate was92.45% in the observation group and 69.81% in the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The stability,walking ability,running ability,work ability,range of activities,radiology and other scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,with significant difference(P 〈0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was3.77%,significantly lower than the control group of 15.09%,with significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation has a certain value for the treatment of patients with ankle fracture,which helps the recovery of ankle function and makes the automatic movement possible,so it is worth clinical promotion.
