摘要
目的探讨两种根管充填糊剂一次性根管治疗术后的疼痛及临床疗效。方法方便选取该院牙科于2014年7—12月所收治的适应一次性根管治疗术的患者87例,患牙共126颗,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组41例,观察组46例,患牙均为63颗。两组均行一次性根管治疗术,对照组利用Cortisomol糊剂进行根管充填,观察组利用Vitapex糊剂进行根管充填,观察并比较两组患牙术后7 d的疼痛反应情况以及术后1年的随访临床疗效。结果对照组术后7 d的疼痛反应率为6.35%,明显低于观察组的26.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1年随访的临床疗效为98.41%,明显高于对照组的88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行一次性根管治疗术时,利用Cortisomol糊剂进行根管充填的术后疼痛反应较少,而利用Vitapex糊剂的远期疗效较好,临床可依患者实际情况,配合X线辅助检查结果作出合理选择适应证,以取得最佳治疗效果。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the pain and clinical effect of two kinds of disposable root canal filling paste.Methods 87 cases adapted to disposable root canal therapy in this hospital from July to December 2014 were convenient selected,with a total of 126 teeth,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,41 cases in the control group,46 cases in the observation group,with 63 teeth in each group.Both groups were performed disposable root canal therapy,the control group using Cortisomol paste for root canal filling,the observation group with Vitapex paste for root canal filling,the pain reaction condition after 7 days and clinical curative effect after 1 year of follow-up of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The pain response rate of the control group was 6.35% for 7 days after operation,significantly lower than the 26.98% of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The clinical curative effect of 1 year follow-up in the observation group was 98.41%,significantly higher than88.89% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion In the disposable root canal therapy,the use of Cortisomol paste for root canal filling can reduce the postoperative pain reaction,and the use of Vitapex paste has better forward curative effect.The reasonable choice should be made based on the actual condition of patients with X-ray auxiliary examination,and then the best therapeutic effect can be obtained.
