冻干重组人脑钠利肽注射液在老年心衰的临床疗效

摘要 目的探讨分析冻干重组人脑钠利肽注射液治疗老年心衰的临床疗效。方法实验时间为2015年10月—2016年10月期间,实验对象为方便选取在该院接受治疗的老年心衰患者60例,将选择患者随机分为实验组与参照组,每组30例,参照组采用硝酸甘油治疗,实验组采用冻干重组人脑钠利肽注射液治疗,实验结束后,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的左室舒张末内径、射血分数、BNP以及不良反应发生率。结果通过对比发现,实验组患者治疗后左室舒张末内径为(51.4±4.7)mm,射血分数为(50.7±9.8)%,BNP为(1 096.74±379.36),总有效率为96.7%,不良反应发生率为6.7%;参照组左室舒张末内径为(58.2±5.3)mm,射血分数为(44.7±8.7)%,BNP为(1344.14±562.31),总有效率为80.0%,不良反应发生率为26.7%,实验组总有效率以及射血分数明显高于参照组,左室舒张末内径、BNP以及不良反应发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论冻干重组人脑钠利肽注射液治疗老年心衰疗效显著,不良反应较少,可有效的改善患者的心脏状况,值得临床推广应用。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of senile heart failure.Methods 60 elderly patients with heart failure treated in this hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were convenient selected.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group,with 30 cases in each group,the reference group was treated with nitroglycerin and the experimental group was treated with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide injection.At the end of the experiment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.The left ventricular end diastolic diameter,ejection fraction,BNP and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results Through the comparison,the left ventricular diastolic diameter was(51.4±4.7) mm,the ejection fraction was(50.7±9.8)%,the BNP was(1 096.74±379.36),the total effective rate was 96.7%,the adverse incidence rate was 6.7%; and those in the control group were(58.7 ±5.3)mm,(44.7 ±8.7)%,(1344.14±562.31),80.0% and 26.7%.The total effective rate and ejection fraction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group.The incidence of left ventricular end diastolic diameter,BNP and adverse reaction in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide treatment for elderly patients with heart failure has significant effect,with less adverse reactions,which can effectively improve the patient's heart condition,so it is worthy of clinical application.
