系统化护理干预对产妇产后不同时期哺乳技能与纯母乳喂养的影响

The Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention on Breastfeeding Skills and Exclusive Breastfeeding during Postpartum Period

目的对系统化护理措施应用于产妇中对其不同时期的哺乳技能、纯母乳喂养效果产生的影响进行分析。方法研究从2017年1—6月间进入该院进行分娩的产妇中,随机抽取出300例进行此次研究,随机分组:常规组150例产妇都实施一般护理,而干预组中150例产妇实施系统化护理干预,观察产后3 d、产后40 d、产后90 d时产妇喂养形式以及Latches分数。结果常规组150例产妇产后3 d时有27例(18.00%)纯母乳喂养,产后40 d时有28例(18.67%),产后90 d时有70例(46.67%),而干预组产后3 d有53例(35.53%),产后40 d有80例(53.33%),产后90 d有110例(73.33%)(P<0.05)。常规组产后3 d时Latches分数(22.40±1.79)分,干预组(21.66±1.90)分(P>0.05);常规组产后40 d时(27.30±2.00)分,产后90 d时(29.38±2.12)分;干预组是(33.22±2.78)分及(34.12±2.40)分(P<0.05)。结论对于产妇而言,选择实施系统化护理干预方案可提升其纯母乳喂养成功率,而且还可使产妇的哺乳技能有效提升,可推广。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of systematic nursing measures on the nursing skills of different periods and the effects of exclusive breastfeeding.Methods 300 cases of childbirth puerpera from January 2017 to June2017 in the hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into the regular group and the intervention group,with150 cases in each group.The regular group adopted maternal general nursing,and the intervention group adopted maternal systematic nursing intervention,the postpartum 3 d,40 d,90 d maternal feeding form and Latches scores were observed.Results Among the 150 cases of the regular group,3 d of maternal postpartum,there were 27 cases（18.00%） of exclusive breastfeeding; 40 d of maternal postpartum,there were 28 cases（18.67%）,90 d of maternal postpartum,there were 70 cases（46.67%）,while in the intervention group,3 d of maternal postpartum,there were 53 cases（35.53%）,postpartum 40 d of 80 patients（53.33%）,postpartum 90 d of 110 patients（73.33%）（P〈0.05）.In the regular group,the Latches score of 3 d postpartum was（22.40±1.79）points,the intervention group was（21.66 ±1.90）points（P〈 0.05）; and that of 40 d was（27.30 ±2.00）points and 90 d was（29.38±2.12）points in the regular group.The intervention group was（33.22±2.78）points and（34.12±2.40）points（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For puerpera,the choice of systematic care intervention program can improve the success rate of its exclusive breastfeeding,and improve the maternal nursing skills,which can be promoted.
