归甲汤治疗四肢骨折后肿胀的临床疗效分析

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Guijia Decoction on Swelling of Limbs after Fracture

目的探讨归甲汤治疗四肢骨折后肿胀的临床疗效。方法方便选取2016年2月—2017年3月该院收治的100例四肢骨折后肿胀患者作为研究对象,随机原则分组,各纳入50例。西医组采用常规西药治疗,中西医组在西医组基础上给予归甲汤治疗。比较两组四肢骨折后肿胀临床疗效;肢体肿胀平均消退时间、骨折平均愈合时间;干预前后患者肢体疼痛程度、患肢周径。结果中西医组四肢骨折后肿胀临床疗效96.00%高于西医组72.00%(P<0.05)。中西医组肢体肿胀平均消退时间、骨折平均愈合时间(4.72±1.13)d和(2.51±0.61)个月短于西医组(7.23±2.34)d和(3.50±1.57)个月(P<0.05);干预前两组肢体疼痛程度、患肢周径相近,中西医组分别(7.24±1.72)分和(37.98±2.22)mm,西医组分别(7.27±1.76)分和(37.76±2.21)mm(P>0.05);干预后中西医组肢体疼痛程度、患肢周径(2.15±0.21)分、(10.13±0.59)mm优于西医组(4.13±0.59)分、(17.25±0.34)mm(P<0.05)。结论归甲汤治疗四肢骨折后肿胀的临床疗效确切,可有效减轻肢体肿胀疼痛,加速症状消退,值得推广。

Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect of Guijia Decoction on swelling limbs after fracture.Methods 100 patients with limb fractures from February 2016 to March 2017 were conveniently divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The western medicine group used conventional western medicine treatment,the Chinese and western medicine group on the basis of the western medicine group added Guijia decoction treatment.The swelling clinical efficacy of the two groups after limb fractures,limb swelling average regression time,the average healing time of the fracture; limb pain before and after treatment,limb circumference were compared.Results The clinical curative effect of the fractures of the limbs was 96.00% in the Chinese and western medicine group,higher than that of the western medicine group of 72.00%（P〈0.05）.The average time of uterine swelling was（4.72±1.13）d and（2.51±0.61）months,shorter than that of western medicine group of（7.23±2.34）d and（3.50±1.57）months,（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the limb pain and limb circumference of the two groups were close（P〈0.05）.The pain of the patients in the Chinese and western medicine group was（7.24±1.72）points and（37.98±2.22）mm respectively,in the western medicine group were（7.27±1.76）points and（37.76±2.21）mm respectively（P〉0.05）; after the treatment,the limb pain and limb circumference in the Chinese western medicine group were（2.15± 0.21）points and（10.13±0.59）mm respectively,which were better than the western group of（4.13±0.59）points and（17.25±0.34）mm（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Guijia decoction on the swelling of the limbs after fracture can effectively reduce the swelling and pain of the limbs,accelerate the symptoms subsided and it is deserved to be popularized.
