颅内原始神经外胚层肿瘤的CT和MRI影像学表现分析

摘要 目的探讨对颅内原始神经外胚层肿瘤患者行CT和MRI诊断的影像学表现特征。方法该次研究方便选择22例颅内原始神经外胚层肿瘤患者作为研究对象,均为该院于2013年1月—2016年12月期间收治,对所有患者均进行CT和MRI诊断,总结影像学诊断结果和特征。结果肿瘤平均直径为(5.8±1.42)cm。实行肿块型出血征象和斑片状钙化征象。囊实性肿块型多发坏死囊变。实行肿块型,T1WI呈低信号,而T2WI呈稍高信号,T2FLAIR呈稍高信号。囊实性肿块型,实性部分T1WI呈低信号,而T2WI呈稍高信号,T2FLAIR呈稍高信号,囊性部分T1WI呈稍高信号,而T2WI呈低信号,T2FLAIR呈低信号。结论对颅内原始神经外胚层肿瘤患者行CT和MRI诊断具有一定的价值,但实际应用仍然存在较大的诊断难度,难以确诊。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the imaging features of CT and MRI in patients with intracranial primitive neuroectodermal tumors.Methods 22 patients with intracranial primitive neuroectodermal tumors were conveniently enrolled in this study.All patients were treated from January 2013 to December 2016.CT and MRI were performed on all patients.The diagnosis results and characteristics of the imaging were concluded.Results The mean diameter of the tumor was(5.8±1.42) cm.The signs of massive bleeding and patchy calcification occurred.Cystic mass was accompanied with multiple necrosis.The implementation of lump type,T1 WI showed low signal,and T2 WI signal was slightly higher,T2 FLAIR showed a slightly higher signal.Cystic mass,solid part of the T1 WI showed low signal,while the T2 WI was slightly higher signal,T2 FLAIR showed slightly higher signal,cystic part of the T1 WI showed a slightly higher signal,while the T2 WI showed lower signal,T2 FLAIR showed low signal.Conclusion CT and MRI diagnosis of patients with intracranial primitive neuroectodermal tumors have certain value,but the practical application and diagnosis are still difficult.
