阴道内超声诊断剖宫产切口瘢痕处妊娠的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Intravaginal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Cesarean Section Incision Scar

目的探究阴道内超声诊断剖宫产切口瘢痕处妊娠的临床价值。方法以方便选取来该院就医的52例疑似剖宫产切口瘢痕处妊娠患者(2012年1月—2017年7月)作为该次研究的观察对象,对52例疑似剖宫产切口瘢痕处妊娠患者均实施阴道内超声诊断、腹部超声诊断,并以手术病理检查结果作为金标准,研究对比阴道内超声诊断、腹部超声诊断剖宫产切口瘢痕处妊娠的临床价值。结果阴道超声对剖宫产切口瘢痕处妊娠的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为95.74%、80.00%、94.23%,腹部超声对剖宫产切口瘢痕处妊娠的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为78.72%、60.00%、76.92%,比较发现,阴道超声的敏感性、准确性结果显著高于腹部超声(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产切口瘢痕处妊娠患者采取阴道内超声诊断具有较显著的效果,敏感性及准确性均较高。

Objective This paper tries to study the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of pregnancy at cesarean section incision.Methods 52 cases of suspected cesarean section incision scar pregnancy from January2012 to July 2017 were conveniently selected as the objects of this study,and all patients were diagnosed by intravaginal ultrasonography,abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,and the results of surgical pathology as a gold standard,and the clinical value of vaginal ultrasound diagnosis,abdominal ultrasound diagnosis of cesarean section incision scar were studied.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of vaginal ultrasonography were 95.74%,80.00% and 94.23% respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of cesarean section incision scar were78.72%,60.00% and 76.92% respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of the vaginal ultrasonography were significantly higher than those of the abdominal ultrasound（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography has a significant effect on the cesarean section incision scar,whose sensitivity and accuracy are both high.
