剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊治进展

Progress of Diagnosis and Treatment for Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠是一种特殊类型的异位妊娠,发病率呈上升趋势,临床表现无特异性,早期易误诊,可能导致胎盘植入、子宫破裂及致命性大出血等严重并发症,威胁生命。早期诊断及适当治疗可有效的清除胚胎和病灶、控制出血,有可能避免发生上述风险,保留生育能力。现就其发病机制、诊断和治疗的进展作一综述。

Cesarean section scar pregnancy after surgery is a special type of ectopic pregnancy,whose incidence is on the rise.There is no characteristic clinical manifestation,and it could easily be misdiagnosed.It is considered to be a life-threatening condition because of the high risk of the serious complications such as placenta implantation,hemorrhage and uterine rupture.Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are likely to avoid the risk,and can effectively remove embryos and focus,control bleeding,preserve future fertility.This paper is a review of the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of CSP.
