学校的规范管理需要建章立制,但在管理过程中生硬地依赖制度也会带来一些管理问题,因此,学校的各项管理工作需要规章制度,也需要引入人性化管理机制。人性化管理并不会削弱制度管理,有时还会提高制度化管理效能。在新形势下学校应该结合实际,认真探讨和实施制度化和人性化管理相结合的管理模式,为学校的发展筑好坚实的管理基础。

It is necessary to establish rules and regulations for school normative management.However,in the course of management,rigid dependence on rules and regulations will also bring about some management problems.Therefore,on the one hand,school management needsrules and regulations;on the other hand,it also needs to introduce human-oriented management.Human-oriented management does not weaken management by rules and regulations.Sometimes it may improve the effectiveness of management by rules and regulations.Under the new situations,schools should explore and implement the combination mode of human-oriented management and management by rules and regulations on the basis of the school’s actual situations so as to build a sound management foundation for the development of the school.
