本文首先分析了教学办公OA系统实现的理论基础,以及开发设计期间所面对的语言环境。在此基础上重点论述了关于云服务模式下移动手机端OA系统开发框架构建,以及不同使用功能在系统中的程序表达,帮助提升系统实用性,为高校教育工作人员创建更高效的工作环境。

The paper firstly analyzes the theoretical basis of the implementation of the Office Automation（OA）system and the language environment during the design and development process.On this basis,the paper focuses on the development framework construction of the mobile phone OA system in cloud service mode and the programming of different functions in the system to improve the system practicability,creating a more efficient work environment for college educators.
