光动力学疗法与膀胱内灌注化疗治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌远期疗效比较

Comparison of Long Term Effects of Photodynamic Therapy and Intravesical Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Non-invasive Bladder Cancer

目的探究光动力疗法以及膀胱内灌注化疗两种不同的化疗方式应用于治疗膀胱癌的远期疗法,讨论2组患者的应用效果。方法整群选择该院中2015年7月—2016年4月间收治的膀胱癌患者88例患者作为研究对象,按照患者的入院顺序将其分为实验组和对照组,2组中均包含44例患者。实验组患者采用光动力学疗法进行治疗,而对照组患者采用膀胱内灌注疗法进行治疗,在患者治疗1年后,对2组患者的复发率、生活质量评分以及总疗效进行记录,对比两组患者结果。结果实验结果显示,实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,并且实验组患者的生活评分为(94.6±9.4)分,而对照组患者的生活评分为(74.8±10.3)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且对照组患者的复发率明显高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用光动力疗法应用于治疗膀胱癌,其有较好的治疗效果,与膀胱内灌注疗效相比,光动力疗法远期疗效较好,并且在治疗过程中无严重不良反应,是一种可靠、安全的治疗方法,是一种积极的治疗手段,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to explore long-term therapy of the photodynamic therapy and intravesical chemotherapy of two different chemotherapy methods for the treatment of bladder cancer and to discuss the application of the two groups of patients. Methods 88 cases of patients with bladder cancer from July 2015 to April 2016 were group selected as the research objects and were divided into the experimental group and the control group by their admission order,with 44 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated by photodynamis therapy, while the control group was treated by intravesical chemotherapy, after one year, the recurrence rate and quality of life in patients with two groups and the total curative effect were recorded, results of two groups of patients were compared. Results The experimental results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was better than control group, and life score of the experimental group was（94.6±9.4）points, while the control group was（74.8±10.3）points, with statistically significant differences between groups, the recurrence rate of the control group was obviously higher than that of the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of bladder cancer has good treatment effect, compared with the curative effect of intravesical therapy, the long-term curative effect is better,with no serious adverse reactions in the treatment process, is a reliable and safe treatment method, is a kind of active treatment, so is worth popularizing in clinical use.
