瑞舒伐他汀用于缺血性脑卒中二级预防的疗效及安全性 被引量:1

Effect and Safety of Rosuvastatin on Secondary Prevention of Ischemic Stroke

摘要 目的探究应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗缺血性脑卒中二级预防的临床疗效及安全性。方法方便选取该院2015年10月—2016年12月期间诊治的80例缺血性脑卒中合并高血脂症患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对照组患者采用阿托伐他汀治疗,连续治疗12周后比较2组患者降脂疗效与安全性。结果通过比较发现,两组患者治疗后TC、TG及LDL-C水平均显著降低,观察组患者TC(4.92±0.11)mmol/L,TG(1.84±0.09)mmol/L,LDL-C(2.42±0.08)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.02±0.08)mmol/L,对照组患者TC(5.21±0.15)mmol/L,TG(1.98±0.16)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.02±0.15)mmol/L,HDL-C(0.95±0.06)mmol/L,观察组降低效果优于对照组患者(P<0.05);对比2组患者临床降脂效果,观察组患者中显效11例,有效9例,无效1例,无恶化患者,对照组患者中显效6例,有效9例,无效4例,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);比较两组患者的不良反应发生率,观察组患者不良反应率为4.76%,对照组患者不良反应率为14.28%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在缺血性脑卒中患者的二级预防中应用瑞舒伐他汀具有积极的临床效果,安全可靠,值得推广。 Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of rosuvastatin in the prevention of secondary prevention of ischemic stroke. Methods 80 cases of ischemic stroke with hyperlipidemia treated in this hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin and the control group was treated with atorvastatin. After 12 weeks of continuous treatment, the efficacy and safety of lipid reduction were compared between the two groups. Results After comparison, the level of TC, TG and LDL-C of both groups decreased after treatment, and TC was(4.92±0.11)mmol/L, TG was(1.84±0.09)mmol/L, LDL-C was(2.42±0.08)mmol/L, HDL-C was(1.02±0.08)mmol/L in the observation group, and TC was(5.21±0.15)mmol/L, TG was(1.98±0.16)mmol/L, LDL-C was(3.02±0.15)mmol/L, HDL-C was(0.95±0.06)mmol/L in the control group, the decrease level of the observation group was better than the control group(P〈0.05); from the comparison of lipid-lowering of both groups, in the observation group, 11 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, no deterioration; in the control group, 6 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, therefore the observation group was better than the control group(P〈0.05). By the comparison of the adverse events rate of both groups, the adverse reaction rate was 4.76% in the observation group and 14.28% in the control group. The observation group was better than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of rosuvastatin in the secondary prevention of ischemic stroke has a positive clinical effect, safe and reliable, and it is worthy of promotion.
