探讨分析中医疏肝潜阳法治疗甲亢合并房颤的效果

Exploration the Effect of Chinese Medicine Shugan Qianyang on the Treatment of Hyperthyroidism with Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨对甲亢合并房颤患者采用中医疏肝潜阳法治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年2月—2017年2月在该院接受治疗的104例甲亢合并房颤患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组52例。其中对照组患者给予倍他乐克与丙基氧嘧啶治疗,试验组患者同时给予中医疏肝潜阳法治疗。比较两组患者治疗3个月后的临床效果。结果试验组中治愈27例,显效10例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率为92.3%;对照组中治愈14例,显效13例,有效10例,无效15例,总有效率为71.2%。两组患者治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医疏肝潜阳法治疗甲亢合并房颤能有效促进患者甲状腺功能的恢复,同时缓解房颤的发生,安全有效,且价格低廉,值得临床推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Shugan Qianyang in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with atrial fibrillation. Methods 104 patients with hyperthyroidism combined with atrial fibrillation treated in this hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were convenient selected into the control group and the experimental group, with 52 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with betaloc and alloxan, while the experimental group was treated with Shugan Qianyang method. The clinical effects of two groups of patients after 3 months were compared. Results In the experimental group, 27 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective; the total effective rate was 92.3%. In the control group, 14 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective, 15 cases were ineffective; the total effective rate was 71.2%. The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The method of Chinese medicine Shugan Qianyang on hyperthyroidism combined with atrial fibrillation can effectively promote the recovery of thyroid function and alleviate the occurrence of atrial fibrillation. It is safe, effective and cheap. It is worthy of clinical application.
