摘要
喀什地区能否顺利完成"教育惠民"的"1号工程"——普及农村学前三年免费双语教育,关键在于幼儿教师,而幼儿教师的工作满意度将直接影响这一工程的顺利推进。本研究基于问卷法、访谈法对喀什地区双语幼儿教师工作满意度进行调查及分析。研究表明:喀什地区双语幼儿教师工作满意度总体较高,但工作各层面的满意度不均衡,其由高到低顺序为:工作本身、工作环境、工作报酬、园长管理、进修及升迁。幼儿教师的年龄、婚姻状况、学历和职务等,对其工作满意度产生显著影响。基于此,从教师个人、幼儿园、社会三个层面,提出提升幼儿教师工作满意度的建议和措施。
If Kashgar area can successfully complete the"No. 1 Project"of "Education Huimin"——universal three years of free bilingual kindergarten Education in rural areas,the key lies in kindergarten teachers. And kindergarten teacher's job satisfaction will directly affect the successful progress of this project. This thesis is a survey about kindergarten teacher's job satisfaction in Kashgar Area,and in thesis the author will analyse influencing factors,using the method of questionnaire and interviewing. The result of the research is the kindergarten teachers were satisfied with their work,but the level of work satisfaction did not balance,the order from high to low is the work itself,work environment,work salary,the kindergarten leader management,education and promotion. The major factors that have a significant influence on job satisfaction are teacher's age,marital status,the degree and nature of work.According to the survey results,the suggestions and measures would be made from the teacher personal level,the kindergarten management level and the social level in order to improve the quality of kindergarten teacher's job satisfaction.
