独立学院作为高等教育人才培养的组成部分,其招生规模与贫困生比例随之增加。在创新创业背景下,独立学院贫困生人才培养应结合高校自身资源,因材施教,从经济、学业、心理、就业上进行针对性培养,建立综合素质训练营、创新创业基地,全面提升贫困生的综合素质能力和创新意识。

Independent college is an organic element for cultivating talents of higher education,and the proportion of enrollment scale and college students in poverty has increased with it. Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,cultivation of students in poverty in independent colleges should be combined with its own resources to teach students in accordance with their aptitudes,make specific training in economy,academy,psychology and employment,establish training camps of comprehensive quality and innovation and entrepreneurship bases,so as to strengthen needy students' overall quality and innovation awareness and to cultivate business projects.
