现代古村落的开发与保护研究——以晋源区店头村为例

Research on the Development and Protection of Modern Ancient Villages——A case study of Diantou village in Jin-yuan area

古村落是中华民族文化遗产之一,具有重要的文化、审美和旅游开发价值。在漫长的农耕时代,村落既是聚居之处,也是文化熔炉。随着时代的发展,村落的开发成为古村落适应时代促进自身发展的必经之路。然而,现代化、工业化和城市化的不断推进、古村落地域人口的逐渐流失、人们对保护文化遗产认识的不足,使现存的古村落文化遗产很难得到有效保护。为了给后代留下一份文化记忆,古村落的开发与保护就成了现在急需解决的问题。店头村为中国历史文化名村和中国传统村落,自身可开发资源丰富。对其开发,应本着建设性保护的原则,实行以旧带新,以新推旧的方式,实现古村落的可持续发展。

Ancient village is one of the culture heritages of the Chinese nation,with the value of important cultural,aesthetic and tourist development. In the endless agrarian age,village is not only a habitation,but also a culture smelting furnace. With the development of times,the development of villages has become the only road for ancient villages to adopt the development of times and promote self development. However,with the promotion of modernization,industrialization and urbanization,population of ancient villages has gradually lost,and what's more,people's lack of the awareness of protecting cultural heritage has led to lack of effective protection of cultural heritage in ancient villages. In order to leave a cultural memory to the later generations,the development and protection of ancient villages have become an urgent problem to be solved. Diantou village is China's famous historical and cultural village and China's traditional village as well,with rich exploitative resources. For the exploitation of the village,we should keep the principle of protective construction and constructive protection,carry out the method of old with new and new for old,and consider about how to realize the sustainable development of ancient villages.
