摘要
氯化锂广泛应用在医药、生物、食品等领域,高纯氯化锂的应用前景更为广阔,但是目前工业上杂质氯化钠的去除是生产高纯氯化锂的瓶颈。对氯化锂在各领域的应用及生产现状做了介绍,并且对分离氯化锂中杂质氯化钠的方法做了详尽的论述,主要对溶剂萃取法、离子交换法、盐析法等分离工艺做了总结,并对其优缺点做了对比分析。最后指出在除杂质氯化钠的方法中,离子交换法和碱析法的工业化前景较好,离子筛型吸附剂未来的发展也将一片光明。
Lithium chloride is widely used in medicine,biology,food and other fields,especially the application of high purity product has broader prospect.However,it is bottleneck to remove the sodium chloride impurity for producing high purity lithium chloride.The supply of lithium chloride in all fields and the production status of it were reviewed. Moreover,the methods,including solvent extraction,ion exchange process,salting-out and so on of separating sodium chloride from lithium chloride,were summarized in detail,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.Finally,it was pointed that the industrial prospects of ion exchange process and alkali salting-out were good,and ionic sieve adsorption would have a bright future in methods.
