摘要 为降低黑磷的制备成本,开发了一种以分析纯红磷为原料制备黑磷的方法,初步考察了矿化剂用量和反应器大小等因素对黑磷产率的影响,证明通过优化实验条件可以在较短时间内取得较高的产率。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)对样品的结构形貌及纯度做了表征,结果表明优化条件下制得的样品不仅纯度高,而且是正交晶型的层状黑磷。该制备方法具有成本低、产率高等优点,具有很好的工业化应用前景。 In order to reduce the preparation cost of black phosphorus,a method for the preparation of black phosphorus from analytically pure red phosphorus was developed.The effects of the amount of mineralizer and reactor size on the yield of black phosphorus were also investigated preliminarily.It proved that a higher yield can be achieved in a relatively short period of time by optimizing the experimental conditions.The microstructure,morphologies and purity of the prepared samples were characterized by XRD,Raman,SEM and EDS.The results showed that the samples prepared under the optimized conditions were not only of high purity but also of the orthorhombic black phosphorus.The preparation method had the advantages of both low cost and high yield,which showed a good prospect of industrial application.
