摘要 采用水热法合成不同钕离子掺杂比、不同水热反应时间的钒酸铋光催化剂,并对其光催化机理做了探究。X射线衍射(XRD)测试表明,随着水热时间的延长,四方晶型钒酸铋逐渐转化为单斜晶型;而随着钕掺杂量的增加,这个转化过程速度逐渐变慢。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表明,随着水热时间的延长,样品逐渐从无规则形貌变成棒状形貌。通过紫外-可见漫反射谱(DRS)测试,发现了样品的双晶型共存和钕掺杂而产生的上转换发光现象。光催化测试表明,光催化性能的提高受到异质结构和钕掺杂的共同作用。 BiVO4 photocatalysts with different proportions of Nd^3+ and reaction times have been synthesized by hydrothermal method.The mechanism of the improved photocatalytic performance was studied.XRD revealed the phase transformation from the tetragonal zircon BiVO4 to the monoclinic scheelite phases with increasing reaction time and hindered by Nd^3+ doping.SEM images showed that the morphology of the samples transformed from irregular structure to regular rob-shaped structure with increasing reaction time. UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra of Nd^3+-doped BiVO4 showed the existence of two phases and the up-conversion of Nd^(3+) doping.Photocatalytic performance tests revealed the improvement of photocatalytic performance under visible light was due to the coaction of heterojunction structure and Nd^3+ doping.
