钯负载锰氧化物催化剂氧化羰基合成碳酸二苯酯 被引量:1

Preparation of diphenyl carbonate by oxidative carbonylation of phenol with Pd loaded manganese oxide catalyst

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备MnO_x氧化物载体,进一步通过掺杂不同质量的Pb和Cu氧化物对MnO_x载体加以改性,载体经负载0.5%(质量分数)Pd后用于苯酚氧化羰基化反应。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、氢气程序升温脱附(H2-TPR)等对不同MnO_x催化剂/载体进行表征,用气相色谱仪分析苯酚氧化羰基化反应液收率及催化剂选择性。结果表明,经500℃下焙烧载体负载后催化剂Pd/MnO_x的催化活性较高,经不同质量的Pb和Cu氧化物改性后Pd/MnO_x催化剂的催化活性有不同程度的提高,其中掺杂质量分数为15%的Pb O和5%的Cu O对Pd/MnO_x氧化物掺杂的效果最好,其碳酸二苯酯的收率分别为7.76%和6.69%。 MnOx oxides supporters were prepared by co-precipitation method. After modified with different mass ratios of Pb and Cu oxides,the obtained supporters were loaded with 0.5%(mass fraction) Pd to get the phenol oxidative carbonylation catalysts.The catalysts were characterized by XRD and H2-TPR.The yield of reaction liquid and selectivity of phenol oxidative carbonylation catalysts were analyzed by gas chromatography.The results showed that the activity of Pd/MnOx catalyst with the support MnOx calcinated at 500 ℃ was higher than other.And then the catalytic activity of Pd/MnOx catalyst was improved by doping of Pb and Cu oxides.When the mass ratios of 15% PbO and 5% CuO were doped on MnOx supporter,the activities of the Pd/MnOx catalyst were the highest as the DPC yields were 7.76% and 6.69%,respectively.
