魏氏伤科经验方内服外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症生活质量研究

Clinical observation on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Shenjinhuoxue decoction and Wei's fumigation

目的观察魏氏伤科传统经验方伸筋活血合剂内服,蒸敷方外用治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 70例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按随机数字表法分成2组,每组35例。治疗组口服伸筋活血汤合剂;外用蒸敷方湿热敷。对照组口服消炎止痛药物美洛昔康。疗程均为30d。用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、用Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)、健康调查简表(SF-36)生存质量量表来观察疗效。结果2组治疗前后的VAS疼痛评分差异均有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组ODI指数分级比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SF-36量表比较显示2组治疗前后均能提高SF-36量表评分,且治疗组在多个维度上表现更好(P<0.05)。结论运用魏氏经验方药伸筋活血合剂内服,蒸敷方外用治疗腰突症,可有效地缓解疼痛,改善病情,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenjinhuoxue decoction and Wei’s fumigation in the treatment of lumber disc herniation（LDH）.Methods We randomly divided 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation into 2 groups：the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given Shenjinhuoxue decoction orally,15 ml,twice a day and was given Wei’s fumigation 30 min,twice a day.The control group was given Mobic,one tablet a day.The treatment was for 30 days.Efficacy evaluation were used in visual analogue scale（VAS）,Oswestry Disability Index and health survey questionnaire（SF-36）.Results The effective rates of the two groups were compared,and there were significant differences in VAS pain scores（P 〈0.05）.It showed better results in the treatment group.And the treatment group was superior to the controlled group for the ODI score（P 〈0.05）.The treatment group also had better performance in SF-36 score.Conclusion Shenjinhuoxue decoction and Wei’s fumigation are effective in the treatment of LDH.It is effective to alleviate the pain,improve the lumbar vertebral function and the quality of life.
