摘要
为研究不同饲喂方式对杜长大商品猪生长性能及经济效益影响,试验以45头猪为研究对象,采用完全随机设计,分为3个处理,每个处理15头猪。试验Ⅰ组为日喂3餐组,试验Ⅱ组为日喂2餐组,试验Ⅲ组为自由采食组。结果表明:1)25~100 kg体重阶段,自由采食组的日增重分别高于日喂3餐组、日喂2餐组4.67%、9.61%(P>0.05),饲料转化率分别低于日喂3餐组、日喂2餐组19.10%、18.66%。100~150 kg体重阶段,自由采食组日增重分别低于日喂3餐组、日喂2餐组11.89%、9.67%(P>0.05),饲料转化率低于日喂3餐组、日喂2餐组37.54%、39.50%。2)每千克增重饲料成本除了60~100 kg体重阶段外,均以自由采食组最高,日喂2餐组为低。3)活体背膘,自由采食组显著大于日喂3餐组、日喂2餐组(P<0.05)。4)血液理化指标,除了白蛋白、总胆红素外,各项指标差异不显著(P>0.05);血液白蛋白,日喂2餐组显著高于自由采食组(P<0.05),而血液总胆红素显著低于自由采食组(P<0.05),表明日喂2餐有利于改善机体蛋白质吸收及肝功能。试验结果表明,25~100 kg体重阶段,自由采食可提高猪的日增重,但降低了饲料转化率;100 kg体重以上阶段,日增重、饲料转化率均降低。每千克增重饲料成本以日喂2餐组最佳。
In order to study the effects of different feeding methods on the growth performance and economic efficiency of DLY commercial pigs, 45 pigs were selected as experimental subjects. The experiment was divided into three treatments with 15 pigs each. The experimental group was fed 3 meals daily, the test was fed2meals daily, and the test was fed free. The results showed that: 1) The daily gain in the free-feeding group washigher than that in the 3-day-fed group at 25-100 kg body weight per day, 4.67% and 9.61% on the 2-day feeding group (P〉0.05), day feeding 3 meal group, day feeding 2 meal group 19.10%, 18.66%. The daily weight gainin the 100-150 kg body weight group was 11.89% and 9.67%(P〉0.05) lower than that in the three feeding groupsand the three feeding groups respectively. The feed conversion rate was lower than that in the three feedinggroups, day feed2 meal group 37.54%, 39.50%. 2) The cost of feed per kg weight addition to the 60-100 kg bodyweight stage, were highest in the free-feed group, the lowest feed2 meal group. 3) Live backfat, free-fed groupwas significantly greater than the daily feed3 meal group, feed2 meal group(P〈0.05). 4) Blood physical andchemical indexes except for albumin and total bilirubin had no significant difference(P〉0.05); blood albumin and daily feed were significantly higher than those of free feed group(P〈0.05), blood total bilirubin was significantlylower than the free-feed group(P〈0.05), indicating that the daily feed 2 meals will help improve the body's proteinabsorption and liver function. The conclusion of this experiment shows that, during the 25-100 kg body weight,free-feed can increase the daily gain of pigs, but reduce the feed conversion rate; while the above 100 kg bodyweight, daily gain and feed conversion rate all decrease. The feed cost per kg weight gain is best for 2 meals perday.
