行蓄洪区小城镇总体规划编制研究

On compilation for general planning for small towns in flood districts

在国家脱贫致富的大背景下,位于行蓄洪区的小城镇发展是值得关注的问题。提出了对处于这特殊背景下小城镇总体规划编制的方法,并以阜南县蒙洼行蓄洪区曹集镇总体规划为例,对小城镇的发展方向、镇域镇村体系规划、镇域产业规划及旅游发展提出了相应的发展对策。

In the context of the country＇s poverty alleviation,the development of small towns in the flood area is a concern. This paper presents a method for the overall planning of small towns in this special background,and takes the general plan of Caoji town in Mengwa county,Funan county as an example. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of small towns,towns and villages,planning of towns,industrial planning,and development of town tourism.
