上海某医院顶层混凝土柱裂缝检测与分析

摘要 对上海某医院顶层混凝土柱的裂缝病害进行了现场检测,检测表明:顶层柱在女儿墙约束作用下由长柱变成短柱,并在温度作用下发生剪切破坏而产生裂缝。基于检测和分析,建议对裂缝灌浆修复并在柱与女儿墙之间设分隔缝,同时修复屋面防水层和保温层。 On-site inspection was conducted on cracking disease of columns in the top storey of a hospital in Shanghai. Inspection showed that columns in the top storey changed from long columns to short columns due to the constraints of parapet,and shear failure finally occurred under temperature effect which led to cracking of the columns. Based on inspection and analysis,suggestions were presented including repairing cracks by grouting,setting dividing joints between columns and parapet and repairing roof waterproof layer and insulating layer.
