摘要
在文锦渡口岸工程中应用了一种构造复杂、形式多变的立面装饰钢桁架,将之命名为"双悬挑渐变混凝土端斜立面钢桁架"。通过运用钢结构深化技术,研究了斜向钢桁架结构的空间变形对支座位置悬挑混凝土结构梁、外部装饰玻璃幕墙的安全性影响,优选确定了钢桁架的最佳结构形式,最后运用钢结构深化设计软件3D3S模拟施工步骤,确定了钢桁架安装安全可行的实施方案。
In the project of Wenjindu port,a kind of complicated and varied steel truss with external decorative glass curtain walls was applied.This article named it as"oblique facade steel truss structure construction in the double cantilever gradient concrete beam end". Through the application of the deepening technology of steel structure,the influence of spatial deformation of oblique facade steel truss structure on the safety of cantilevered concrete structural beams and external decorative glass curtain walls at bearing positions was studied. The optimal structural form of steel truss was determined. Finally,the safety and feasible implementation program of steel truss installation is determined by using the application of steel 3 D3 S simulation of structural design.
