科技创新在铁路企业运营中地位越来越重要,是新形势下铁路企业发展的关键。结合科研项目管理的心得体会,着重阐述当前形势下铁路企业科技创新的现状及存在的一些问题,并提出了适应当前新形势下开展科技创新工作的措施。研究结果对企业的科技创新工作具有一定的参考意义。

Technological innovation is becoming more and more important in the operation of railway enterprises and is the key to the development of railway enterprises in the new situation. Based on the author＇s experience of scientific research project management,this paper emphatically expounds the status quo and existing problems of scientific and technological innovation of railway enterprises in the current situation,and puts forward some measures to adapt to the current scientific and technological innovation work in the new situation. The research results have certain significance for the enterprise＇s scientific and technological innovation.
