针刺安全性概念研究初探

Preliminary Study on Concepts of Acupuncture Safety

目的:探讨针刺安全性相关概念的内涵及其特点。方法:检索自建库以来,中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方医学数据库以及英文数据库Pub Med和Embase中针刺安全性相关文献,分析其中"针刺不良事件""针刺不良反应""针刺意外""针刺事故""针刺并发症"等概念内涵特点。结果:按照纳排标准筛选后共纳入273篇文献,仅63篇文献对概念内涵进行阐述,针刺安全性概念内涵差异较大。结论:针刺安全性概念内涵尚未规范化,不利于针刺安全性研究,因此,须尽快统一针刺安全性相关概念内涵,使其规范化、标准化。

Objective: To explore the connotation of acupuncture safety. Methods: Concepts of adverse events of acupuncture,adverse reactions of acupuncture,acupuncture accident or acupuncture incident,and acupuncture complications were analyzed by reviewing CNKI,VIP,Pub Med and Embase. Results: According to the criterion of inclusion and exclusion,273 articles were included; in which,concept connotation was only elaborated in 63 articles. There were great differences in concept connotation of acupuncture safety. Conclusion: Concept connotation of acupuncture safety has not been standardized,which makes against the study of acupuncture safety. Therefore,it is necessary to reach an agreement on the concept connotation of acupuncture safety as soon as possible.
