整理承淡安先生相关著作及文献中对于周围性面瘫疾病认识及治疗的相关内容,结合承淡安先生的灸法学思想,总结归纳其在周围性面瘫治疗中的具体特色体现。有分期治疗,久病多灸;局部施灸,直接刺激;注重效力,倡直接灸;在辨证施灸方面强调选穴尽简,过犹不及;规范用量,刺激适度。

This study summarized the specific moxibustion treating peripheral facial paralysis by CHENG Dan-an,through researching and sorting out the relevant contents of peripheral facial paralysis in his related books and literatures. It put forward staging treatment strategy,such as moxibustion was usually applied in the long-term disease; local moxibustion and direct moxibustion were advocated to improve effect; point selection should be simple and effective,the dosage of the moxibustion should be specified to achieve the moderate stimulation.
