The construction of Zhengluoxin National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone is a significant opportunity and an important practice for Henan to implement the innovation-driven development strategy. High-tech Industrial Development Zone is the main carrier of high-tech industry gathering and rapid development, included in the demonstration area, means that it has the "first try" right. By analyzing the advantages and current situation of Zhengluoxin, this article discussed how to carry out the spatial development planning of Zhengluoxin so as to better implement the innovation-driven development strategy.
