Problems and Countermeasures on Promoting the Deep Integration and Development of Internet and Agriculture

河南省"互联网+农业"行动,取得了一定的成绩,但整体上仍处于发展的初期阶段,存在一些亟待解决的问题。为促进"互联网+农业"健康发展,本文在顶层设计、基础设施建设、人才培养、资金投入、环境打造、组织落实等方面,提出相应的对策建议。

Henan's "Internet plus agriculture" action has made some achievements, but it is still at the initial stage of development, and there are still some urgent problems to solve. In order to promote the healthy development of the "Internet plus agriculture", based on the top-level design, infrastructure construction, personnel training, capital investment, environment building, organization implementation, and other aspects, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
