University Science and technology Park is supported by the existing teaching and research facilities and research achievements in universities, and has achieved rapid development with the supporting policy of the state as the leading and driving force. In order to better highlight the effect and advantage of university science park in the incubating operation of high-tech enterprises, this paper actively explored the optimization strategy and mode of university science and technology park in hi-tech business incubating operation, so as to meet the needs of social and market development.
