摘要
专业技术人员继续教育是对专业技术人员进行专业知识和技能的更新、补充、拓展和提高的一种追加教育,科研院所也是继续教育运行体系中的重要主体。本文主要对科研院所开展继续教育的运行机制、发展现状和出现的问题进行了分析探讨,并根据客观实际,总结了几点启示。
Continuing education for professionals is an additional education for professionals to update, supplement, expand and improve their professional knowledge and skills, and scientific research institutes are also important subjects in continuing education operation system. This paper mainly analyzed and discussed the operation mechanism, development status and emerging problems of conducting continuing education in scientific research institutes, and put forward some inspirations based on objective reality.
