摘要
从岷山红三叶植株根际分离纯化得到固氮、溶磷等性能良好的根瘤菌、溶磷菌和生防菌并制成微生物专用菌肥,进行小区试验,研究菌肥与化肥配施对红三叶根系特性的影响。在不同比例化肥与菌肥组合处理下(CK组:100%化肥+不加菌肥;A组:0%化肥+菌肥;B组:25%化肥+菌肥;C组:50%化肥+菌肥;D组:75%化肥+菌肥),连续两年测定了岷山红三叶的根长、结瘤数量、分支数、地下生物量、根冠比等指标。结果表明:75%化肥+微生物复合菌肥对岷山红三叶根系的促进作用最好,50%化肥+微生物复合菌肥促进作用次之,这两个组合均能显著促进根系生长及结瘤,提高结瘤率,从而有效降低了施用化肥的经济成本。微生物菌肥单一使用和25%化肥+微生物复合菌肥对岷山红三叶根系的影响不明显。
Rhizobium,phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and biocontrol bacteria from the rhizosphere of Trifolium pretense L.cv.Minshan were prepared to obtain nitrogen-fixing,phosphate-solubilizing microbial fertilizer. Root system characteristics of Trifolium pretense L.cv.Minshan was investigated in different proportions of chemical fertilizer and bacteriostate combination treatments(group CK:100% chemical fertilizer + no microbial compound fertilizer;group A:0% chemical fertilizer + microbial compound fertilizer;group B:25% chemical fertilizer + microbial compound fertilizer;group C:50% chemical fertilizer + microbial compound fertilizer;group D:75% fertilizer + microbial compound fertilizer). The root length,nodulation number,branch number,underground biomass,root-shoot ratio of Trifolium pretense L.cv.Minshan were measured for two consecutive years. The results showed that 75% chemical fertilizer + microbial compound fertilizer had the best promotion effect on Trifolium pretense L.cv.Minshan roots,followed by 50% chemical fertilizer + microbial compound fertilizer,both of them could significantly promote root growth,improve nodulation rate,and effectively reduce the cost of chemical fertilizer. The single use of microbial compound fertilizer or 25% fertilizer + microbial compound fertilizer did not have obvious effect on Trifolium pretense L.cv.Minshan root system.
