租界档案的海外流失与追索研究

Study on the Loss and Recourse of the Overseas Rental Files

论文分析了租界档案流失海外的主要原因,回顾了以天津、上海为代表的租界档案的追索现状,指出租界档案追索中的主要障碍,包括租界档案主权存在纠纷、国际法对档案占有国的失控。文末在准备工作、通力合作、注重开发上提出对今后开展租界档案追索工作的建议。

This paper analyzes the main reasons for the loss of the overseas rental files, and reviews the status quo of the searching file which is represented by Tianjin and Shanghai.It is pointed out that the obstacles existed in the tracing process of the rental files, which mainly include the disputes over the sovereignty of the records of the concession files, and the control International Laws lost inthe possession of the records. The author puts forward some suggestions on the future development of the file recovery, such as the construction of the team, the preparation, cooperation and exploitation.
