不同浓度微量元素对青稞种子萌发特性的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Concentrations of Trace Elements on Seed Germination Characteristics of Highland Barley

摘要 为了找出微量元素锌、锰、铜对青稞种子萌发特性影响的异同点,试验采用不同浓度的Zn2+、Mn2+和Cu2+溶液处理喜马拉雅19号青稞种子,结果表明:用0.2 g/L Zn2+溶液处理的青稞种子开始萌发时间缩短,开始萌发的籽粒数最多,其发芽率、发芽势和种子活力指数均最高,分别比CK显著高21.33、21.34个百分点和5.65(P<0.05)。0.4 g/L Mn2+溶液处理的青稞种子开始萌发时间提前,发芽率、发芽势和种子活力指数均明显高于对照。而用不同浓度Cu2+溶液处理的青稞种子的开始萌发时间、发芽率、发芽势和种子萌发活力指数均低于对照。说明浓度为0.2 g/L的Zn2+溶液和浓度为0.4 g/L的Mn2+溶液对青稞种子的萌发具有显著促进作用,最适宜青稞种子萌发,而Cu2+溶液对青稞种子的萌发具有一定的抑制作用。 In order to find out the similarities and differences in the effects of trace elements zinc(Zn),manganese(Mn)and copper(Cu) on the seed germination characteristics of highland barley,the author treated the seeds of highland barley variety"Himalayan 19"with different concentrations of Zn2+solution,Mn2+solution and Cu2+solution. The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential and seed vigor index of highland barley seeds treated with 0. 2 g/L Zn2+solution were all the highest,being 21.33 percent,21.34 percent and 5.65(P 0.05) higher than those in the control(CK),respectively. The germination rate,germination potential and seed vigor index of highland barley seeds treated with 0. 4 g/L Mn2+solution were obviously higher than those in CK. While the germination rate,germination potential and seed vigor index of highland barley seeds treated with different concentrations of Cu2+solution were all lower than those in CK. The above results indicated that both 0.2 g/L Zn2+solution and 0.4 g/L Mn2+solution had a significant promoting effect on the seed germination of highland barley,while Cu2+solution had a certain inhibiting effect on the seed germination of highland barley.
