2014~2016年江苏省部分地区及监控点山羊的蓝舌病血清学调查 被引量:2

Serological Survey and Monitoring of Bluetongue Virus(BTV) Infections in Goats in Several Areas of Jiangsu Province from 2014 to 2016

摘要 为了解蓝舌病病毒(BTV)在江苏省羊群中的感染和流行现状,采用C-ELISA试剂盒对2014~2016年采自江苏省9个市的419份羊血清进行了BTV抗体检测,共检出BTV抗体阳性样品30份,总阳性率为7.2%。在盱眙县桂五镇选择1个监控点,建立了BTV病原及抗体阴性山羊5头的监控动物群。从2014~2017上半年,每年5~10月每周采血1次,11月~次年4月每月采血1次,并采用BTV C-ELISA试剂盒进行BT血清学监测。结果发现:每年自8月开始,羊BTV抗体检测出现阳性结果,至12月,除2014年外监控羊群检测全为BTV抗体阳性。每年5~8月采用灯光诱捕法捕捉监测点蚊蠓,发现相较2015和2016年,2014年的蚊蠓捕捉数量明显偏少。对盱眙县地理位置和历年气候变化的分析结果表明:在库蠓活动高峰时期的持续低温阴雨天气,对BTV的感染可能有严重干扰。 In order to understand the infection and epidemic status of Bluetongue Virus(BTV) in goats in Jiangsu province,we conducted the BTV antibody tests for 419 goat serum samples from 9 cities of Jiangsu province during 2014 ~ 2016 by using CELISA kit,found 30 BTV antibody positive samples,and the total positive rate was 7.2%. A monitored 5-head goat group without BTV antigen and antibody was established in Guiwu town,Xuyi county of Jiangsu province. From 2014 to the first half year of2017,the blood samples were taken weekly from May to October,and then monthly from November to the next April,and these samples were tested for BTV antibody by C-ELISA kit. The positive results of BTV antibody test for monitored goat group began to appear since August every year,and all monitored goats were positive in December except for the year 2014. The light trap method was used to capture the mosquitoes and midges in the monitoring point from May to August every year,and it was found that the number of mosquitoes and midges captured in 2014 was significantly lower than that in 2015 and 2016. The analysis of geographical location and historical climate changes of Xuyi county suggested that the sustained low-temperature and rainy weather in the activity peak period of Culicoides might seriously disturb the BTV infection to goats.
