中医知识概念形成的思维特征与临床价值分析——基于意义建构理论

Analysis of Thinking Characteristics and Clinical Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge Concept:Based on the Theory of Sense-making

概念是思维的原点和逻辑的起点,概念的定义方法决定了知识的特征和发展路径,东西方知识体系的差异源于概念的形成方法不同。中医知识受中国古代传统文化的影响,具有独特的概念定义方法,形成了独特的知识概念体系。中医知识概念价值主要对中医药临床实践者的临床整体视阈的思维方式和个体化辨证施治的实践技术系统的认知信念产生重要影响。运用现代意义建构理论诠释了中医知识概念形成的思维特征,并对其与传统文化的渊源关系展开讨论,以探究中医知识概念对临床创新的价值,从而更深入解释中医知识系统的独特性。

The concept is the origin of the mind and the starting point of logic.The definition of concept determines the characteristics and development path of knowledge.The differences between the Eastern and Western knowledge systems are derived from the formation of the concept.Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）knowledge is influenced by ancient traditional Chinese culture,which has a unique conceptual definition method,forming a special system of knowledge concept.Conceptual value of TCM has an important influence on thinking mode of clinical holistic visual threshold of clinical practitioners of TCM and cognitive believes of practical technology system based on individualized syndrome differentiation and treatment.This paper uses modern theory of sense-making to interpret the thinking characteristics of TCM knowledge concept and discusses its relationship with the origin of traditional culture to explore the value of TCM knowledge on clinical innovation,which can further explain the uniqueness of TCM knowledge system.
