急性冠脉综合征气虚痰瘀证与内皮功能及射血分数的相关性分析

Relationship between Qi Deficiency with Phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome and Endothelial Dysfunction,Ejection Fraction in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的探讨急性冠脉综合征气虚痰瘀证与血管内皮功能及射血分数的相关性。方法纳入急性冠脉综合征病人60例,其中气虚痰瘀证30例,非气虚痰瘀证30例,检测两组病人一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)和左室射血分数(LVEF)水平,采用Spearman分析急性冠脉综合征气虚痰瘀证与内皮功能、LVEF的相关性。结果气虚痰瘀证组血浆vWF、ET-1水平明显高于非气虚痰瘀证组(P<0.05);NO水平低于非气虚痰瘀证组(P<0.05)。ET-1、vWF与气虚痰瘀证呈正相关性(P<0.05),NO与气虚痰瘀证呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论急性冠脉综合征气虚痰瘀证与内皮功能关系密切,NO与气虚痰瘀证呈负相关性,vWF、ET-1与气虚痰瘀证呈正相关性。

Objective To investigate the relationship between qi deficiency with phlegm blood stasis syndrome and vascular endothelialfunction,and ejection fraction （EF）in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）.Methods Sixty patients with ACS were enrolledin this study,of which thirty patients with qi deficiency with phlegm blood stasis syndrome,and thirty patients with non qi deficiencywith phlegm blood stasis syndrome.The nitric oxide （NO）,endothelin 1 （ET 1）,von Willebrand factor （vWF）and leftventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）were detected and analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis,and the relationship amongthese indexes were studied.Results The levels of plasma vWF and ET 1 in patients with qi deficiency with phlegm blood stasissyndrome were significantly higher than those in patients with non qi deficiency with phlegm blood stasis syndrome （P 〈0.05）,while NO level in patients with qi deficiency with phlegm blood stasis syndrome were significantly lower than those in patients withnon qi deficiency with phlegm blood stasis syndrome （P 〈0.05）.ET 1 and vWF were positively correlated to qi deficiency withphlegm blood stasis syndrome （P 〈0.05）.There was a negative correlation for NO（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion There is a negativecorrelation between NO and qi deficiency with phlegm blood stasis syndrome,and there is a positive correlation for vWF and ET 1.
