高血压病人血清同型半胱氨酸与肾功能指标的相关性分析

Correlation of Serum Homocysteine with Renal Function in Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨高血压病人血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与肾功能指标的相关性。方法选择2015年6月—2015年12月在中国中医科学院广安门医院就诊的高血压病人206例,根据血清Hcy水平分为正常Hcy组(A组,Hcy≤15μmol/L)和高Hcy组(B组,Hcy>15μmol/L)。比较两组病人血常规、血生化指标及血清Hcy水平。结果高Hcy组病人血清Hcy、肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸均较正常Hcy组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用Pearson相关分析显示:血清Hcy与肌酐(r=0.227,P=0.001)、尿素氮(r=0.517,P=0.000)、尿酸(r=0.388,P=0.000)呈正相关。结论高血压病人血清Hcy在高血压肾脏损伤起重要作用,血清Hcy与肌酐、尿素氮及尿酸水平密切相关。

Objective To study correlation of serum homocysteine with renal function in patients with hypertension.Methods Twohundreds and six patients with hypertension were divided into normal Hcy group （group A,Hcy≤15 μmol/L）and high Hcy group（group B,Hcy〉15 μmol/L）according to serum homocysteine level.The blood routine,biochemical,and serum homocysteine weretested and compared between two gropes.Results The concentration of serum homocysteine,creatinine,urea nitrogen,and uric acidin group B was higher than that in group A （P 〈0.05）.Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum homocysteine was significant- ly positive correlated with creatinine （r =0.227,P =0.001）,urea nitrogen （r =0.517,P =0.000）,and uric acid （r =0.388,P =0.000）.Conclusion Serum homocysteine plays an important role in renal injury in patients with hypertension.The levels of serum homocys- teine with creatinine,urea nitrogen and uric acid are closely related.
